These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the RankReady website at rankready.com.au and any services provided by RankReady ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

Services

RankReady provides website design and SEO services for small businesses. Our services include but are not limited to website design, SEO copywriting, Google Business Profile setup and ongoing content creation.

Pricing and Payment

All prices listed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Pricing is flat-rate and clearly displayed for each package. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time, but changes will not affect existing agreements.

Payment terms will be outlined in your project agreement. We may require a deposit before commencing work.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own your completed website, all written content, your domain name and hosting access. We retain the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless you request otherwise.

You are responsible for ensuring that any content, images or materials you provide do not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.

Website Ownership

You own your website. There are no lock-in contracts. Once your website is delivered and payment is complete, the website, domain, content and hosting are yours. We do not hold your website hostage.

Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate business information for your website
  • Review and approve content in a timely manner
  • Respond to our communications within a reasonable timeframe
  • Ensure you have the rights to any materials you provide

Warranties and Disclaimers

We strive to deliver high-quality websites that are optimised for search engines. However, we do not guarantee specific Google rankings, traffic levels or business results. SEO outcomes depend on many factors including competition, industry and ongoing content efforts.

Our website and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, RankReady shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services.

Refunds

Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis. If we have not commenced work on your project, a full refund will be issued. Once work has begun, refunds will be prorated based on the work completed.

Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. Upon termination, you will be invoiced for all work completed up to the termination date.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
